Mini Cannoli Cups

Mini Cannoli Cups are the perfect bite-sized treat for your holiday entertaining! They are adorable, delicious, and can be whipped together in a jiffy!


INGREDIENTS
3 c. fresh ricotta
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1/3 c. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1 pkg. Nasoya Won Ton Wraps

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE FILLING
1. Place the ricotta and extract in a medium sized mixing bowl. Using a spoon or whisk, mix the ricotta mixture until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2. Slowly add in the powdered sugar, mixing until just combined and stir until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
