Country Oven Fried Fish

Make easy and delicious oven "fried" fish fillets. This recipe uses just a few simple ingredients to make an awesome fish dinner you will love!

1 lb fresh or frozen (thawed) fish fillets, boneless and skinless
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Lemon wedges

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. In a shallow dish, mix oil and lemon juice
3. In another plate or dish, mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and paprika
4. Gently place each fish fillet in oil mixture, then into breading mixture. Coat each fillet well.
